Halloween Photoshop ContestThe Spooky Month is here, and before the actual Halloween day, we get a chance to spook the holiday with some cool images. You may enter as many images as you like to this contest. Each image must be a PhotoArt image. Standard photographs are not allowed. See the Rules. Prizes and trophy badges are awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. All Members who enter will receive the exclusive Halloween 2009 Badge, only awarded by entering this contest. Your image must be spooky, creepy, or Halloweenish. There must not be any text in the image unless it is already in an element like a road sign or billboard for example.
